Your personal history and circumstances make every patient different. The multi-disciplinary clinic evaluates each patient and determines the best individualized treatment plan. For those patients with a history of chronic pain with no history of addiction, we offer medical pain management. For those individuals that struggle with addiction (often due to chronic pain) we offer Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT). Patients are often being treated for chronic pain, but have an underlying opiate abuse disorder. MAT is the use of medications with counseling and behavioral therapies to treat substance use disorders and prevent opioid overdose. This office also provides limited urgent care services for its patients.
